These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and speed88 (the platform). During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date whenever changes occur. speed88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. Users agree to use the speed88 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other unauthorised financial activity conducted through a speed88 account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.

All financial transactions on the speed88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are required to use payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party bank accounts or payment methods on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment confirmation is received by the system. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. speed88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the account portal, subject to identity verification and required security checks. speed88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

Any bonus or promotional credit applied to an account is subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash unless the associated wagering requirements have been met in full.

Account Suspension & Closure: speed88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of a relevant authority. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded upon completion of review, provided there are no outstanding breaches of these terms.

Liability Limits: speed88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss beyond the platform's reasonable control. speed88's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
